By booking, the customer declares to agree with the terms and conditions of The Baby Studio.

PUBLICATIONS Audiovisual material made by The Baby Studio can be published on the website, Instagram, and Facebook of The Baby Studio at any time. If you do not wish this, please inform the photographer. Pictures of baby nudity or breastfeeding will not be published without the previous consent of the parents.
ADVANCE The booking of a photoshoot is final after payment of the advance indicated in the pricelist.
PRICE The quotes provided by The Baby Studio are valid for 2 months.
JPG The photos are delivered in jpg format, and may not be further processed with filters or others for distribution.
COLOR Photographer is not liable for color deviations of prints not provided by the photographer.
ONLINE GALLERY The online gallery will remain available for at least two months. After this, the photographer can delete the online gallery.
COPYRIGHTS A photo session of The Baby Studio is considered an artistic work and is subject to copyrights. Under no circumstances should these be used commercially without the permission of the photographer.
RAW The unedited photos can under no circumstances be obtained. Additional black and white versions of the selected photos can be obtained on request.
CANCELLATION If a customer cancels within 3 weeks before a session and does not reschedule, 50% of the deposit will be charged. The photographer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the photoshoot if a customer arrives late to a session.
POSTPONING The customer can postpone his booking without paying an additional cost up to 20 days before the photoshoot. After the 20 days, a surcharge of 25 euros will be charged per postponement. After postponing 3 times, the photographer has the right to cancel the photoshoot. In that case, the customer will receive the full advance back and will still pay the additional cost of the deferred amount calculated up to that moment.
The photographer can postpone the photoshoot in case of a lack of conditions (eg illness, accident, bad weather).

GIFT VOUCHER Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. After this, the gift voucher can only be used after the express agreement of the photographer, but changed prices may apply.
REFUSAL The photographer reserves the right to refuse an assignment if new information becomes available after the booking, which makes execution unacceptable to the photographer.
TRANSPORTATION COSTS
The photographer asks for a transport fee of € 0.35 / km if the location of the photoshoot takes place more than 30 km from Antwerp Berchem.
LIABILITY The photographer is not liable for any damage caused to the client, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of the photographer or his representatives. Under no circumstances can the photographer be held liable for indirect damage resulting from any use or performance of the services, such as loss of profit or loss of data. In the case of direct damage, the photographer's liability is limited to the compensation paid by the client for the service that caused the damage. Under no circumstances can the photographer be held liable for physical or material damage caused by falls, slips, etc. of the other party during the photo session. Under no circumstances can the photographer be held liable for the loss and/or damage to property of the other party before, during, or after the photo session.
EDITING
The photographer will only make minor corrections to the photos regarding skin, clothing, and the environment.
MINI SESSIONS
The booking of a Mini photoshoot is final after payment of the full amount of the shoot. The customer who cancels his Mini Session 20 days before the photoshoot will receive a full refund. After 20 days, the customer may use the amount as a voucher to book another photo shoot. A mini session cannot be postponed by the customer.
EVENTS
The first hour of the event is asked to confirm the photoshoot. The photo session runs from the agreed start moment to at least the agreed final moment. Hours will be continuous.
